Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to implement best practices and automate workflows. This role is crucial in enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality insurance solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve application stability.
- Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain scripting for automation tasks (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and resolution.
