DevOps Engineer - Electronic Components / Semiconductors Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at DigiSparsh Technologies in Guwahati. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of our electronic component solutions. While a technical background is common, we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong BBA/BBM foundation who possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen understanding of business processes, and a passion for technology. You will play a key role in optimizing our development lifecycle and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of firmware and software related to our electronic components.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premises servers.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our development and production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and application performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and technology roadmaps, leveraging your business acumen.
