DevOps Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our infrastructure and operations team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 6 years of progressive experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments that support our advanced analytics and AI platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Oversee the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of all cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
