DevOps Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps initiatives within the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust and scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies to support our digital transformation efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization, infrastructure as code, and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the production environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve release cycles.
• Manage incident response and conduct post-mortems to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
