Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support our growing operations in the pulp and paper industry. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Ensure security best practices are followed across the infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.
