DevSec Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated DevSec Engineer with a BBA/BBM background and 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for integrating security best practices into our software development lifecycle, ensuring the integrity and security of our logistics technology infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between development, security, and operations, playing a key role in building secure and resilient systems for India's leading logistics provider.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security controls and practices throughout the SDLC.
- Conduct security reviews of applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and manage security tools for vulnerability scanning, static and dynamic analysis (SAST/DAST), and dependency checking.
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts to streamline security processes.
- Assist in incident response activities, including investigation and remediation.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and standards.
- Provide security awareness training to technical teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into security-driven technical solutions.
- Monitor security logs and alerts, identifying and responding to potential threats.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
