Job Description
As a DevSec Engineer at ShareChat, you will be instrumental in integrating security practices into our software development lifecycle. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure our platforms are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards. Your role will involve identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security controls, and fostering a security-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Conduct security code reviews and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop and maintain security automation tools and scripts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address security findings and implement remediation strategies.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
