Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diagnostic Molecular Scientist to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex molecular diagnostic assays (e.g., PCR, qPCR, NGS, Sanger sequencing) on various biological samples.

Analyze and interpret test results, troubleshooting any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality control standards.
Collaborate with other scientists, technicians, and healthcare professionals.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in molecular diagnostics and relevant scientific literature.
Contribute to the development and validation of new diagnostic assays.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
