Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Molecular Scientist with a PhD to join our innovative team in Bhubaneshwar. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing advanced molecular diagnostic strategies to support our diverse engineering and construction projects, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in molecular biology and its applications in complex industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and validate novel molecular assays for pathogen detection and environmental monitoring relevant to construction sites and industrial facilities.
- Conduct advanced molecular analyses (e.g., PCR, qPCR, Next-Generation Sequencing) to assess risks associated with biological contaminants and environmental factors.
- Develop and implement molecular-based quality control measures for materials and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to integrate molecular diagnostic insights into project planning and execution.
- Analyze and interpret complex molecular data, generating comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in molecular diagnostics and their potential applications in the engineering and construction industry.
- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
