Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Dialer Manager to oversee and optimize our outbound calling operations. The Dialer Manager will be responsible for managing the dialer system, ensuring efficient call campaigns, monitoring agent performance, and driving lead conversion within our Indian fitness and wellness sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills to maximize the effectiveness of our sales and customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure the dialer system (e.g., Genesys, Five9, or similar platforms) to support various outbound campaign strategies.
• Develop and implement dialer strategies to maximize agent productivity, call connect rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor real-time dialer performance metrics, including abandon rates, average handling time, and campaign progress.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align dialer campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Train and coach call center agents on effective dialer usage and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian telemarketing regulations and data privacy laws.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the dialer system and work with IT support as needed.
