Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Dialer Manager to oversee and optimize our outbound calling operations within the healthcare sector. The Dialer Manager will be responsible for managing the dialer system, ensuring efficient campaign execution, maximizing agent productivity, and adhering to all regulatory compliance standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of dialer technologies and outbound sales/marketing processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dialer strategies to support various marketing and sales campaigns for pharmaceutical products.
- Configure, manage, and maintain the dialer platform, including campaign setup, list management, and scripting.
- Monitor dialer performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics such as answer rates, connection rates, talk time, and conversion rates.
- Optimize dialer settings and calling strategies to maximize agent efficiency and minimize idle time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international regulations regarding telemarketing and data privacy (e.g., TRAI guidelines, GDPR if applicable).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align dialer operations with business objectives.
- Train and mentor call center agents on effective dialer usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the dialer system.
- Generate regular reports on dialer performance and campaign effectiveness for management review.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in dialer management and outbound calling.
