Dialer Manager - Legal Operations (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: The Dialer Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the dialer operations for our legal services department in Kochi. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in managing outbound and inbound communication campaigns, ensuring efficiency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dialer technology and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and configure dialer systems (e.g., predictive dialers, auto-dialers) to ensure optimal performance and campaign success.

Develop and implement dialer strategies to maximize call efficiency, agent productivity, and client engagement.

Monitor dialer performance metrics, identify trends, and generate reports to inform operational decisions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., TRAI guidelines), and company policies regarding outbound/inbound communications.

Collaborate with legal teams and client service representatives to understand campaign requirements and provide support.

Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Train and guide junior staff on dialer operations and best practices.
