Dietician / Nutritionist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietician/Nutritionist to join our organization in India. This role will be responsible for providing expert nutritional guidance and developing personalized dietary plans to promote the health and well-being of our employees. You will play a crucial role in fostering a healthy work environment within our Indian operations, which support a global MNC in the printing and publishing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for employees, considering their health status, lifestyle, and dietary habits.
2. Develop individualized meal plans and dietary recommendations tailored to specific health goals (e.g., weight management, chronic disease prevention, general wellness).
3. Provide one-on-one counseling and education to employees on healthy eating principles, food choices, and nutritional supplements.
4. Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and health talks on various nutrition-related topics relevant to the workplace.
5. Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to integrate nutrition programs into the overall employee well-being strategy.
6. Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in nutrition and dietetics.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian health and food safety regulations.
