Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical Dietician / Nutritionist with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will leverage your design thinking and nutritional expertise to develop innovative wellness programs and solutions for our employees and potentially for client-facing projects within the professional services domain. You will be instrumental in translating complex nutritional science into user-friendly, engaging, and impactful design interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and design evidence-based nutritional strategies and wellness programs, considering user experience and accessibility.
Apply design thinking principles to create engaging content, educational materials, and visual aids related to nutrition and health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, wellness officers, and potentially IT, to integrate nutritional insights into broader employee well-being initiatives.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on and improve existing wellness solutions.
Analyze data and identify trends to inform program development and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest research in nutrition, public health, and design trends.
