Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 1-4 years of experience who can translate design thinking into impactful digital marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and contributing to our overall marketing objectives within the competitive consumer electronics and appliances market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.) to promote our range of consumer electronics and appliances.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to translate product features and benefits into compelling visual and written content for digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in the creation of digital assets such as infographics, banners, and short video content, leveraging your B.Des background.
- Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Support the development and execution of SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized digital marketing tasks when required.
