Direct Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Direct Marketing Manager to lead and execute our direct marketing strategies within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across various direct channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our diverse NBFC product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian market, customer behavior, and effective direct marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive direct marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Plan, manage, and optimize direct mail, email marketing, telemarketing, and other direct response campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Segment customer databases and develop targeted marketing messages for different customer groups.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and campaign materials.
- Manage vendor relationships for direct marketing services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in direct marketing and the NBFC sector.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
