Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Direct Sales Agent with a B.Pharma background to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in healthcare sales. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products and healthcare services directly to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of assigned pharmaceutical products and healthcare services.
Identify and prospect potential clients, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
Present product information, benefits, and clinical data effectively to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
