Direct Sales Agent

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Jio's wide range of telecom and digital services directly to potential customers in assigned territories. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in residential and commercial areas.
• Educate customers about Jio's products and services, including mobile plans, broadband, and digital entertainment offerings.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide basic post-sales support and address customer queries.
• Gather market feedback and report to the sales manager.
