Direct Sales Executive (B.Des Required) - Noida

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our creative and publishing solutions directly to clients, leveraging their design background to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.

Identify potential clients and decision-makers through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and social media.

Understand client needs and challenges related to branding, publishing, and creative services, utilizing your B.Des knowledge to articulate value propositions.

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our creative and publishing solutions to prospective clients.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback for service improvement.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
