Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with an M.Com degree and 3-6 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role within the 'Direction - Other' function will involve contributing to strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and operational improvements for our diverse client base in the management consulting domain. You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational plans for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices relevant to management consulting.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and supporting proposal development.
- Ensure compliance with EY's quality standards and ethical guidelines.
