Director, Analytics & AI

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead our Analytics & AI practice within India. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and execution of our analytics and artificial intelligence services for clients across various industries. You will build and mentor high-performing teams, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that solve complex business problems and create significant value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Genpact's Analytics & AI offerings in India, aligning with global business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of analytics and AI projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build, mentor, and develop a world-class team of data scientists, AI engineers, and analytics consultants.
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics capabilities into broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, data science, and related technologies, and translate these into practical business applications.
- Champion a data-driven culture and promote best practices in data governance, ethics, and privacy.
- Manage P&L for the analytics and AI practice, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Represent Genpact at industry forums, conferences, and client events, establishing thought leadership.
