Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director - Architecture to lead our technology architecture strategy and execution. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology landscape, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across all our platforms and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex architectural solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall technology architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide architectural solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices across all technology domains.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our technology capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture and engineering teams.
- Manage architectural risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee the development of architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
