Director - Architecture

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director - Architecture to lead the design and development of our next-generation security and law enforcement technology platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for our product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for data analytics, surveillance, and command & control applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectural designs.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support architectural vision.
- Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices across development teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
- Drive innovation and explore emerging technologies relevant to law enforcement and security.
- Ensure the architecture supports compliance with relevant security and data privacy regulations.
