Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Director - Architecture, focusing on Facility Management Services. This entry-level role is designed for a recent M.Pharma graduate with a keen interest in the built environment and operational efficiency within pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities. You will work closely with senior architects and facility managers to support the design, planning, and maintenance of our clients' infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and review of architectural plans and specifications for facility management projects, with a focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare environments.
- Support the evaluation of existing facility infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement in terms of functionality, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and operations managers, to ensure architectural designs align with facility management operational needs.
- Contribute to the development of building maintenance strategies and schedules, considering the unique requirements of pharmaceutical operations (e.g., cleanroom standards, HVAC).

Participate in site inspections and assessments to ensure construction and maintenance activities adhere to design intent and regulatory standards.

Research and stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design, facility management, and pharmaceutical facility standards.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to architectural projects and facility management operations.
