Director, Business Process Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director to lead and expand our Business Process Services (BPS) operations within India. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional BPS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BPO landscape, a proven track record in leadership, and a passion for innovation and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for the BPS division in India.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple BPS delivery centers, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of best practices, process optimization, and adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the BPO sector in India.
