Director, Clinical Operations

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Clinical Operations to lead and manage all aspects of clinical trial execution within India. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, and fostering strategic growth for our clinical operations division. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian clinical research landscape and a proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Clinical Operations department in India.
2. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
4. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of clinical operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements (DCGI, CDSCO), and company SOPs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, regulatory affairs, data management, and medical affairs.
7. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management.
8. Manage vendor relationships and performance.
