Director, Live Entertainment Partnerships

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Live Entertainment Partnerships vertical in India. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic alliances, expanding our network of artists, event organizers, and venues, and ensuring BookMyShow remains at the forefront of the live entertainment ecosystem in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian entertainment landscape and a proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the live entertainment sector in India.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including artists, promoters, production houses, venues, and sports organizations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative partnership models and exclusive event collaborations.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships, from initial outreach to ongoing management and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Represent BookMyShow at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
