Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Director of Photography to lead our visual storytelling efforts for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal training materials within the Industrial Automation sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical proficiency to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the visual concept for video projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual strategies.
• Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, lighting, and sound gear to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct and guide camera operators, lighting technicians, and other crew members on set.
• Ensure optimal lighting, composition, and framing to achieve desired artistic and technical results.
• Manage the pre-production process, including shot listing, storyboarding, and location scouting.
• Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and sound mixing, in collaboration with editors.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cinematography and video production.
• Manage project budgets and timelines related to cinematography and production.
