Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Director of Photography to lead our visual storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 4-6 years of experience in film, advertising, or corporate communications, with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and narrative development. You will be responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual content that aligns with Muthoot Finance's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the visual style and concept for all photographic and videographic projects, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project objectives and translate them into visually engaging content.
- Manage all aspects of photo and video production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight.
- Lead and mentor a team of photographers and videographers, providing creative direction and technical guidance.
- Select and manage camera equipment, lighting, and other technical resources to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality output that meets industry standards and effectively communicates the brand's message.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cinematography and visual arts.
