Director - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Program Management to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs within our global operations. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale programs, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry, and possess strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies and methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program managers and project leads.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices.
- Report on program status, progress, and key performance indicators to executive leadership.
