Director - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Program Management to lead critical initiatives within our rapidly growing hospitality platform. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of cross-functional programs that enhance our operational efficiency, guest experience, and market expansion in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the Indian hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute strategic programs aligned with OYO's business objectives in India.
- Oversee the entire program lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of program managers and project leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, including Operations, Technology, Marketing, and Finance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in program management.
- Monitor program performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the program management team.
- Ensure alignment with local market nuances and regulatory requirements in India.
