Director - Program Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Program Management to lead and oversee large-scale, complex engineering and construction programs across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the engineering and construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies and methodologies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and program staff.
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on program status, performance, and key metrics.
