Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Director - Program Management with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or a related field within the agrochemical or manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of key programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Track program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
* Prepare regular program status reports and presentations for senior management.
* Manage program documentation and maintain accurate records.
* Support budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned programs.
* Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
* Conduct post-program reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout program execution.
