Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Director of Program Management with a Doctorate/PhD to lead complex, strategic programs within the Law Enforcement and Security Services domain. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs, from inception and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define program governance, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance within the law enforcement and security sector.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of program managers, project leads, and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Develop and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization of assets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including government agencies and law enforcement officials, to understand their needs and ensure program alignment with strategic goals.

- Translate complex technical and scientific concepts into clear, concise program documentation and communication for diverse audiences.
