Director - Program Management (M.Com Required) - Kolkata

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director - Program Management to lead and oversee our strategic programs within the recruitment and staffing domain. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong financial and business acumen, holding an M.Com degree, and possessing 1-3 years of relevant experience. You will be instrumental in driving program success, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.

Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance, leveraging your M.Com background.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple programs, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless program execution.

Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.

Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
