Director - Real Estate Development

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead our real estate development division. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale development projects, driving profitability, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development projects.
- Manage all phases of the development process, including land acquisition, feasibility studies, design, approvals, construction, and sales/leasing.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing professionals.
- Oversee project budgets, financial planning, and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.
- Drive innovation in design, construction, and sustainability practices.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.
