Director, Strategy & Business Development

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead our Strategy and Business Development initiatives within the Indian Ports & Shipping sector. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying new growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving the company's expansion in one of the world's most dynamic maritime markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance DP World India's market position and profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including potential acquisitions, joint ventures, and greenfield projects.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and potential business partners.
- Lead the financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation processes for strategic transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and service offerings.
- Prepare and present strategic plans and business cases to senior leadership and the board.
