Dispatch Executive / Officer

Role Summary: The Dispatch Executive / Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and timely dispatch of documents, materials, and other items from the company's various branches and offices. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operational workflows and maintaining accurate records of all outgoing dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the collection and preparation of documents/packages for dispatch.
• Ensure all dispatches are accurately logged, tracked, and recorded in the system.
• Liaise with courier services and postal departments for timely pick-up and delivery.
• Verify dispatch details, addresses, and contents to prevent errors.
• Maintain inventory of dispatch materials (envelopes, boxes, labels, etc.).
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to dispatches and resolve them promptly.
• Generate reports on dispatch activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for dispatch operations.
