Dispatch Executive / Officer

We are seeking a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer to join our growing team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our industrial equipment and machinery from our manufacturing facility to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be a recent postgraduate with 1-4 years of experience, possessing strong analytical and logistical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the dispatch process, from documentation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end dispatch process for industrial equipment and machinery.

Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transit insurance.

Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of goods for dispatch.

Liaise with transportation vendors to arrange for suitable modes of transport and ensure timely pickup and delivery.

Track shipments in transit and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies during the dispatch process.

Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the dispatch and delivery process, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods and related documentation.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the dispatch department.
