The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of goods from our facility to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.

Verify order details against dispatched goods to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics providers for timely pickups and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including documentation and tracking information.

Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.

Assist in inventory management and stocktaking as required.

Handle any shipping-related queries or issues from internal teams or external partners.

Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports.
