Dispatch Executive / Officer role in Real Estate (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Executive / Officer with 1-3 years of experience to join our Real Estate operations in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of materials and goods related to our construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design thinking and logistical acumen, stemming from their M.Des background, to optimize dispatch processes and contribute to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all outbound logistics and dispatch operations for construction materials, equipment, and finished goods.

Plan and schedule daily dispatches, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivery commitments.

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation related to dispatches, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes.

Liaise with internal teams (procurement, site managers) and external vendors/transporters to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize design thinking principles to identify inefficiencies in dispatch processes and propose innovative solutions for optimization.

Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Prepare reports on dispatch activities, delivery performance, and inventory levels.

Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during the dispatch process.
