Dispatch Executive / Officer | Thane

We are seeking a diligent and organized Dispatch Executive / Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage logistics efficiently. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of materials and finished goods to our project sites and clients, contributing to the seamless execution of our interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire dispatch process for interior design materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and site teams to ensure all dispatched items match order specifications and are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare and verify all necessary dispatch documentation, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of dispatched and incoming goods.
• Liaise with logistics partners and transportation providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
• Handle any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations during the dispatch process.
• Generate regular reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
