Distribution Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Distribution Supervisor to oversee and manage the efficient distribution of our gaming products and related materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with logistics partners to optimize the supply chain within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the distribution team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly distribution routes and shipments.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure all distribution activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any distribution-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all distribution and inventory transactions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the distribution team.
