Distribution Supervisor | BCA Professionals | Gurgaon

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of our medical devices and equipment across various channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their BCA background to manage inventory, track shipments, and optimize logistical processes. You will play a key role in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and wastage.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical issues or delays promptly.
- Utilize IT systems and software (including potentially ERP or WMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding storage, handling, and transportation of medical devices.
- Train and supervise junior staff members in distribution operations.
- Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency measures.
