Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Distribution Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) graduate looking to gain practical experience in supply chain and logistics within the fast-paced food processing industry. The Distribution Supervisor will support the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient movement of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Help manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Support the coordination of delivery schedules and routes.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in the distribution workflow.
Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Assist in training new warehouse staff as needed.
