Distribution Supervisor | Diploma Holders | 2-4 Yrs | Surat

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Distribution Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant engineering field to join our Surat operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily distribution activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and supporting the smooth functioning of the power distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the distribution team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all distribution operations.

Monitor the performance of power distribution equipment and systems, identifying and reporting any faults or issues.

Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities for distribution infrastructure.

Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including work orders, inventory, and incident reports.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless power supply and customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
