Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Distribution Supervisor with a Doctorate/PhD to oversee and optimize our banking product distribution channels in Nagpur. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious distribution targets. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities, enhance existing strategies, and ensure efficient and effective product penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative distribution strategies to expand market reach and increase product adoption across assigned territories.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior using advanced statistical methods to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Oversee the performance of distribution networks, including branches, agents, and digital channels, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align distribution efforts with overall business objectives.
- Design and conduct research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of distribution strategies and pilot new approaches.
- Manage and mentor a team of distribution professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to distribution and sales.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on distribution performance, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
