Distribution Supervisor for Diploma Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Distribution Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma to oversee and manage our distribution operations in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics partners. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day distribution activities, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control, conducting regular audits.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff and delivery personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and prepare regular reports.
