Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Distribution Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage distribution operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily distribution activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization.

Coordinate with logistics partners and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Supervise and train a team of distribution staff, fostering a productive work environment.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and standard operating procedures within the distribution center.

Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Prepare regular reports on distribution performance, inventory status, and team productivity.
