Distribution Supervisor - Software Product Sector (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Distribution Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our software products and related materials to our clients and partners across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with an MBA/PGDM degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution process for software products.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet demand, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports on distribution activities, performance metrics, and inventory status.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, customer support) to resolve any distribution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to distribution and logistics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of distribution strategies.
